The aim we are pursuing is  "zero-complaint" every order.For this purpose, we make sure every step is right and perfect in manufactoring.
   All the production is under ISO9001:2000 system.We make sure we make the right magnet to the customer. All magnets produced are batch traceable to the source. We consider factors of application, such as temperature, resistance to demagnetisation and other appropriate magnetic and non magnetic factors which may influence the on site performance.The steady material source provide us high uniform quality raw material, plus the full facility of test equipment and professional trained QC stuff,  we make sure the magnets of uniformity in magnetic properties every batch. The QC team is responsible to inspect the raw material, first test batch of magnets, halfway magnets and finished magnets.
The usual tolerance of magnet can be +/-0.1mm.
 

QC Team
Full advanced Testing Facilities and professional trained QC team include 20~30 stuff members, they make sure the magnets of uniformity in magnetic properties every batch. The QC team is responsible to inspect the raw material, trial test batch of magnets, halfway magnets, finished magnets and last inspect when packing.
