Magnet Testing play a very important part in Acemade quality control, the testing is all through each process in the production, from the raw material, each raw magnets and the last finished magnet. Main inspection include magnetic properties (remanence Br, Coercivity and maximum energy product –BHmax) , dimension , shape and surface , the center gauss, maximum gauss, and the thickness of coat, weight loss under high temperature and salt spray etc. Only those magnets which pass each test can be sent to next procedure.
